TrueNorth uses authenticated access and account-scoped permissions backed by Supabase. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings. Use unique credentials and give each person only the access they need.
Can I switch plans?
You can manage your subscription and change plans from billing settings. Review the billing confirmation for the timing and charges before accepting a change.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel through billing settings. Review the cancellation confirmation for when access ends. Contact us if you need help locating your subscription.
Which integrations are available?
TrueNorth includes Stripe payment connections and Google Calendar connections. Setup, account eligibility and plan access may vary. Ask about your specific workflow before subscribing.
Does my crew need to install an app?
