• Provide and maintain our business management services
• Process voice and text commands via our AI assistant (Jarvis)
• Store business records (income, expenses, labor, etc.) in your secure database
• Send responses and notifications via WhatsApp

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Voice messages are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper API and are not stored after processing.

4. Third-Party Services

• Meta WhatsApp Business API for messaging
• OpenAI for AI processing and voice transcription
• Supabase for secure data storage
• Vercel for application hosting

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
